ower Plant Operators are reminded that they must continue to provide information mandated by FERC Order No. 698, which
includes the hourly consumption profile of power generation facilities served by CPL. Power Plant Operators are also
reminded to review contractual entitlements as stated in their CPL service agreement.
CPL
will continue to review and approve the Order No. 698 burn profiles according to the procedures distributed to each
agent/power generator and posted on CPL's EBB. CPL will consider requests for hourly flow flexibility on a non-
discriminatory basis. Any requests are subject to the projected availability of operational capability and that any additional
fl
exibility will not impair the Pipeline's ability to render other nominated and scheduled firm services.
