The Pascagoula Gas Plant has advised Destin that it is now able to accept gas delivered by Destin for processing. Pursuant to Section 8.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff, Destin Pipeline Company is lifting the declaration of Force Majeure effective for gas day September 13, 2024.
Destin will resume the provision of all transportation services for gas received from all offshore points.
