ORIGINAL NOTICE: Permian Highway Pipeline (PHP) has maintenance scheduled for December 2022. As a result, PHP's capacity will be reduced starting Tuesday, December 6th through Friday, December 9th. PHP's overall capacity will be reduced from 2.1 BCF down to 1.1 BCF. Returning to normal capacity for the 10th through the 12th. Then again on Tuesday, December 13th through Friday, December 16th the capacity will be reduced from 2.1 BCF down to 1.65 BCF. Returning to normal capacity on the 17th.
Recently Kinder Morgan posted an update stating that during the Coyanosa Compressor Station inspection last week it was determined that one of the units will have to be evaluated and repaired. Due to limited compression, the total capacity on PHP was reduced to 1,700,000 starting Friday, December 10th through Monday, December 12th. Starting Saturday, December 17th PHP will be at a reduced capacity of 1,800,000 MMBtu until further notice. It is anticipated PHP will be at the reduced capacity for several weeks. Once more information becomes available it will be communicated.
Double E shippers who are planning on taking gas to PHP for the balance of the month contact their scheduling representative at Kinder Morgan to see if there are any special instructions or contract restrictions during these time periods. If any additional information becomes available, an update to this notice will be posted. If you would like to know more information on this maintenance, please contact Kinder Morgan directly.
