The following notice was recently placed on the Kinder Morgan website. This notice applies to all midstream pipelines, including Permian Highway Pipeline (PHP) and Gulf Coast Express (GCX). Double E shippers who are planning to take volumes to PHP or GCX over the next few days should talk to their account representative and find out if there are any restrictions applicable to your specific contract. If there are changes to this notice, an update will be prepared and posted as soon as possible.

TO: ALL KINDER MORGAN MIDSTREAM PIPELINE CUSTOMERS
RE: COLD WEATHER NOTICE
Based on the current cold weather forecasts over the next several days, the Kinder Morgan Midstream Pipeline Group is taking proactive steps to be prepared to ensure reliable delivery of natural gas to its customers. We have prepared our assets for the winter weather and do not anticipate significant impacts to our operations at this time.
The KM Midstream Group will implement the following effective immediately and until further notice:
• All transportation agreements must stay balanced. Receipts must match deliveries.
• Storage customers will be limited to their firm contractual rights.
• Points with balancing agreements may be scheduled to match the actual volume flowing at the location.
• Sales customers will be limited to their firm contractual limits.
Kinder Morgan appreciates your cooperation with the process outlined above. Any customer that flows outside the above parameters will be subject to remedies under the applicable contract. Should you have any questions, please contact your Account Manager.
