To preserve the overall operational balance of its pipeline systems for the reliable delivery of natural gas during the upcoming cold weather, Energy Transfer is issuing an Operational Flow Order (OFO) as permitted in the Statement of Operating Conditions (SOC). The OFO is applicable for several intrastate pipelines including Trans-Pecos Pipeline (TPP).
Beginning 9:00 a.m., Thursday, December 22, 2022, until further notice, all Shippers/Operators are required to conform actual deliveries of Gas at each Receipt Point to equal the quantity of Gas that is nominated by Shipper and scheduled by Transporter to be delivered at the Delivery Point, conform actual takes of Gas at the Delivery Point with the quantity of Gas that is nominated by Shipper and delivered by Shipper to Transporter at the Receipt Point; and balance such receipts and deliveries described in (i) and (ii) hourly as set forth in the SOC.
Shippers failing to adjust their receipts and/or deliveries in compliance with Operational Flow Order, could be subject to penalties.
Double E shippers who are planning to take gas to TPP for the next few days, should make every effort to stay within the guidelines of this OFO. For more information, please contact a representative from the ET Intrastate Pipeline Group.
