This morning several users contacted Summit Midstream to advise that they were unable to log into the Trellis System. The issue was reported to IT Support and a ticket was sent to Trellis Support and they are investigating.
WORK AROUNDS: It was discovered that if you log into the system "INCOGNITO" you can gain access, or if you delete all cookies in the cache, you can gain access as well.
We hop this issue is short-lived, but If you encounter any issues at all please let us know.
