Summit IT has a scheduled network device update on Monday, December 9th, from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. in the Corporate office. We estimate the outage will last about 15 to 20 minutes, so during this period, a temporary outage will affect all network services, including internet access, email, and internal applications.

Double E shippers may or may not encounter issues with Trellis system, so please be aware and make arrangements to have scheduled timely nominations completed early. Check over your submissions and if you have any issues, please let us know.

We highly recommend you work from home to limit disruption during this timeframe, but please work with your management team to make proper arrangements.

We will send out a message once the activity is complete. If you are in the office, please save your work before the scheduled time. IT will also walk around to remind you of this activity.
