Gulf Coast Express Pipeline LLC posted a notice recently to inform its customers that due to necessary inspections and repairs at Rankin Compressor Station, the total capacity on GCX will be reduced to 1,900,000 MMBtu. The reduction will begin Tuesday, January 4, 2022 and is expected to continue through Monday, January 17, 2022.
Customers planning on taking their DOUBLE E gas to the GCX WAHA REEVES IC during this period should contact their Kinder Morgan account representative and inquire as to what their prorated firm capacity will be. For more specific information on this event, please refer to the GCX Informational Postings on Kinder Morgan's DART system.
