O
ver the last month, EGTS has observed a large increase in supply driven imbalances on its system.
W
hile ending storage injection season at near record high inventory levels, EGTS must maintain its ability to serve its Customers. Imbalances that inhibit EGTS’ ability
to meet its Customers’ requirements cannot continue to be created. With this in mind, EGTS requests that all Receipt Point Operators and Customers equalize receipts
and deliveries. If EGTS observes activity that creates imbalances, resulting in an oversupply situation, EGTS will identify the cause of the imbalance and post this
information on the Dekaflow EBB as an under or over performance related notice accordingly.

dditionally, during the nomination confirmation process, EGTS will not initiate physical flow changes at scheduled locations, pursuant to NAESB Standard No. 1.3.2.
