    ue to current operating conditions and anticipated system utilization, EGTS will continue to implement the South to North

    transportation restriction ("Valley Gate" restriction). When restricted, all transportation from a southern receipt point to a
    northern delivery point will require South to North primary entitlement rights through Valley Gate to perform this
    transaction.

    will be reduced by EGTS.
