and continuing until further notice, EGTS will restrict deliveries on the PL-1 system. EGTS will schedule Primary and

econdary delivery nominations on contracts containing firm PL-1 delivery locations subject to Operationally Available

apacity. Secondary delivery nominations on contracts that do not contain firm PL-1 delivery locations, or any IT delivery
nominations, must be sourced from the receipt points based on the locations specified below.

eliveries to points north of the Leesburg compressor station must have primary delivery points on the PL-1 system as
stated in their EGTS service agreement or be sourced from TETCO Chambersburg PL-1 (40202), TETCO Chambersburg East

oast (40201), Cove Point Loudoun (40704), or Transco Nokesville (40303) via displacement.

Due to anticipated system utilization and operating conditions, e ective with the start of Gas Day Saturday, December 21,
