ective immediately, and continuing until further notice, the following Alert shall remain in effect on the EGTS system:
D
ue to the very high customer utilization of EGTS transportation and storage services, system flexibility is extremely limited.
EGTS
recommends that customers review their contractual entitlements and posted Critical notices, to ensure that
appropriate arrangements are in place. Any new scheduled deliveries must have a reliable receipt of physical supply, as
required by Section 7.1 of Rate Schedule FT and Section 8.1 of Rate Schedule IT.
EGTS
also reminds customers under Rate Schedule FTNN that their utilization of stored quantities in excess of anyremaining

ate Schedule GSS storage service entitlements is subject to the limits set forth in Section 9.8 of Rate Schedule FTNN.

uring the period of this Alert, EGTS cannot accommodate delivery of excess quantities from storage pursuant to the “From
C
ustomer’s Balance” provisions of Rate Schedule GSS. Any such excess withdrawals – whether nominated or made on a no-
notice basis – will be subject to the Unauthorized Withdrawal Overrun Charge of $25 per Dt, as set forth on Tariff Record No.
10
.80.

ustomers are advised to review their supply sources during this cold period to ensure reliable receipt of physical supply and
that the corresponding nominations are made in a timely manner.
D
uring this period, EGTS will closely monitor customer activity to ensure that customer’s receipts and deliveries are
equalized. If customer activity has a negative effect on EGTS system performance or EGTS’ ability to meet service
obligations to others, additional operational flow orders (OFOs) may be issued.
