To: Eastern Shore Natural Gas Shippers
Re: Eastern Shore Pipeline Conditions
– Operational Flow Order (OFO) – Level 2 effective
Monday, January 20, 2025 at 10:00 am EST
Due to anticipated high demand on Eastern Shore’s system, Eastern Shore is issuing a system-
wide Imbalance Imbalance Level Two Operational Flow Order (OFO)
– Level 2 pursuant to
Section 6.24 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff effective at 9:00 am
CST (10:00 am EST) on gas day, Monday, January 20, 2025.
This OFO will continue until further notice and requires that all shippers ensure that their daily
“Due To Pipeline” imbalance (i.e. short to the pipeline) be within tolerance as specified in Section
22(b) of Eastern Shore’s FERC Gas Tariff, for each gas day during the effectiveness of the OFO.
In addition, all shippers shall flow ratably.
This OFO requires all shippers to deliver their contracted firm transportation MDQ within their
Primary Delivery Point Area(s) concurrent with Section 5.1 5(a)(3) stated in its FERC Gas Tariff
for Firm Transportation Service and Section 5.4 5(a)(4) stated in its FERC Gas Tariff for Swing
Transportation Service. Per Section 6.1, Definitions, of Ea
stern Shore’s FERC Gas Tariff
(Section 6.1 1(ss)
), “Primary Delivery Point Area(s) shall mean the Delivery Point Area(s)
specified in an executed Service Agreement(s) where TSP agrees to deliver Gas transported for
the account of SR
.”
In addition, please refer to Section 6.1, Definitions, Section 6.1 1(ccc)
, which states “Secondary
Delivery Point Area(s) may only be utilized if deliveries to such area(s) are determined by TSP
to be operationally feasible.”
