Re: Eastern Shore Pipeline Conditions Update – Operational Flow Order (OFO) – Level 1
effective Thursday, January 23, 2025 at 10:00 am EST


Eastern Shore is updating a system-wide Imbalance Operational Flow Order (OFO) to Level 1
pursuant to Section 6.24 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff effective
at 9:00 am CST (10:00 am EST) on gas day, Thursday, January 23, 2025.

This OFO will continue until further notice and requires that all shippers ensure that their daily
“Due From Shipper” imbalance (i.e. short to the pipeline) be within tolerance as specified in
Section 22(b) of Eastern Shore’s FERC Gas Tariff, for each gas day during the effectiveness of
the OFO. In addition, all shippers shall flow ratably.
