Notice Text:

WARNING OF STRAINED OPERATING CONDITION (SOC) – Location Specific PACK

Washington Ranch injection is currently unavailable to assist in managing linepack levels.

The following location has been contacted regarding their actual takes versus their scheduled volumes and the potential for being placed in a location specific SOC:

IMSQUITE (398670)

OPERATING CONDITION SUMMARY:  EPNG's linepack is within acceptable levels for Gas Day November 2, 2024.  Packing by the above listed location undermines EPNG's efforts to keep the linepack within acceptable levels.

Delivery point operators are encouraged to continue to take gas according to their scheduled quantities.  If the situation fails to improve EPNG will declare an SOC for a PACK condition.

Supply operators are encouraged to reduce and/or maintain their deliveries into the EPNG system at their scheduled rates.  Additionally, supply operators have been contacted and per EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff, General Terms and Conditions, Section 11.2(a)(ii), notified that EPNG will invoke flow control if they do not reduce their deliveries into the EPNG system to match their scheduled quantities.

Imbalance payback tothe system, such as Payback (Imbalance Payback to TSP) transactions, will be denied due to operational concerns related to maintainingadequate linepack.
