Force Majeure - Flagstaff Compressor Station - Unit #2 - Update #3
El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) is providing this update to the Force Majeure notice posted on Tuesday, September 20, 2022, associated with its Flagstaff Compressor Station Unit #2 located in Coconino County, Arizona. (Reference Critical Notice No(s): 616017, 616091, and 616871). Repairs are ongoing with an anticipated return to service in early 2025. The equipment failure on Flagstaff Station Unit #2 impacts EPNG's ability to run Unit #1 resulting in a full station outage. Please refer to the EPNG monthly maintenance notices for the total capacity impact through the NORTH ML constraint associated with this outage.
EPNG will provide updates as more information becomes available.
This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 11.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
