    Force Majeure Lifted – Dumas Station

     

    El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) has resolved the Force Majeure event declared on Sunday, January 19, 2025 (reference Critical Notice No. 623835), associated with its Dumas Compressor Station located in Moore County, Texas. As such, EPNG will be restoring the capacity through the DUMAS E and DUMAS S constraints effective January 19, 2025, Intraday 2 Cycle, (Cycle 4). EPNG will be posting an updated maintenance notice to reflect the restored capacity through the DUMAS E and DUMAS S constraints.

     

    This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 11.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
