    Force Majeure Lifted – Bluewater Station

     

    El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) has resolved the Force Majeure event declared on Sunday, April 20, 2025 (reference Critical Notice No. 624672), associated with its Bluewater Compressor Station located in McKinley County, New Mexico. As such, EPNG will be restoring the capacity through the CAPROCK N constraint effective April 21, 2025, Intraday 2 Cycle, (Cycle 4). EPNG will be posting an updated maintenance notice to reflect the restored capacity through the CAPROCK N constraint.

     

    This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 11.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
