    Force Majeure – Hueco Station – Unit # 3

    El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) has conducted further investigation into the equipment failure associated with its Hueco Compressor Station Unit #3 located in Hudspeth County, Texas.  The Hueco Compressor Station Unit #3 will require additional repairs. Accordingly, the operational capacity through the CORN LPW constraint will be reduced by 32,205 dekatherms per day (Dth/d), effective on April 29, 2025, Timely Cycle, (Cycle 1). EPNG will be posting an updated maintenance notice to reflect the total impact through the CORN LPW constraint.

    EPNG will provide updates as more information becomes available.

    This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 11.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
