Equitrans L.P. is providing notice of a date change for the pipeline pig runs scheduled on its H-508 Pipeline. The H-508 Pipeline pig runs that
were scheduled to begin on March 19, 2024, are now scheduled to begin on March 26, 2024.

Equitrans L.P. will be conducting pipeline pig runs on its H-508 Pipelines in Mainline Operational Area 4 from Lumberport M&R Station to
Blacksville Compressor Station beginning at 7:00 AM ET on March 26, 2024, and March 27, 2024, and is issuing an OFO in accordance with
Section 6.11 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff.

In conjunction with this pigging, for March 26, 2024, and March 27, 2024, Gas Days, the Operationally Available Capacity on its H-508 and H-
509 Pipelines in its Mainline Operational Area 4 will be reduced to 70,000 Dths.

The Impacted meters are as listed:

#24577 (Statler)
#24624 (Morrison)
#24479 (Wilsonburg I)
#5100117 (Wilsonburg II)
#M5209978 (Jarvisville)
#M5436771 (Valley Chapel)

Total scheduled quantities for the above six meters will be scheduled not to exceed 70,000 Dths for March 26, 2024, and March 27, 2024, Gas
Days.

Additionally, Equitrans L.P is hereby providing notice that due to the high possibility of fluids during the cleaning pig run all People’s Natural Gas
Delivery/Receipt Meters between Lumberport M&R Station (Coordinates 39.390668 / -80.345552) and Blacksville Compressor Station
(Coordinates 39.719097 / -80.186217)?on the H-508 pipeline must be shut in by 7:00 AM on March 26, 2024 and remain shut in for the duration
of the pig run, which has an estimated duration of 10 hours.?

Next, People’s Natural Gas Delivery/Receipt Meters between Lumberport M&R Station (Coordinates 39.390668 / -80.345552) and Blacksville
Compressor Station (Coordinates 39.719097 / -80.186217)?on the H-508 pipeline may experience higher than normal pressures during the
March 27, 2024, geometry, and smart pig run, which has an estimated duration of 10 hours. ?If Customers and/or Customers’ suppliers or
operators elect not to shut-in their equipment, Customer shall be liable for any damages resulting from the aforementioned pig runs.

Lastly, Customer Receipt Meter: #24577 (Statler IC) must be shut in by 7:00 AM ET on March 26, 2024, and March 27, 2024, and remain shut in
for the duration of each of the pig runs, which have an estimated duration of 10 hours per day.

If Customer and/or Customer’s operator fails to comply with the terms of this OFO, such Customer shall be subject to (1) liability for any
damages including, but not limited to, direct, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages incurred by Equitrans or any other party as a result
of such failure, (2) a penalty of $25 per Dth times the quantity of gas by which the Customer deviated from the requirements of this OFO, (3) flow
control, and/or (4) a reduction in scheduled quantities to match flowing gas. In addition, Equitrans will not permit post-cycle adjustments to avoid
an OFO penalty.

Upon completion of the pig runs the OFO will expire and Equitrans L.P. will notify impacted parties when they can turn back in-line.
