Notice Text:

Equitrans L.P is hereby providing notice that due to unforeseen issues during the Tuesday April 16, 2024, H-117 Pipeline pigging, the cleaning
and gage pigs were able to be launched; however, the smart pig run is being rescheduled for Thursday, April 18, 2024.

Equitrans L.P. will be conducting a pipeline smart pig run on its H-117 Pipeline in Mainline Operational Area 2 from Pratt MR to Goodwin Gates
beginning at 7:00 AM ET on April 18, 2024, impacting April 17, 2024, and April 18, 2024, Gas Days, and is issuing an OFO in accordance with
Section 6.11 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff.

Equitrans L.P is hereby providing notice that due to the high possibility of fluids during the pig run the following?all People’s Natural Gas
Delivery/Receipt Meters between Pratt MR Coordinates (39.912559 / -80.128427) and the Goodwin Gates Coordinates (39.822237 / -
80.213766) on the H-117 Pipeline must be shut in by 7:00 AM ET on April 18, 2024, and remain shut in for the duration of the pigging, which is
estimated to last 5 hours.

Additionally, in conjunction with this pigging, Operational Capacity at the TCO Interconnects (PickenPaw Meter # 24438 and Rhinehart Meter #
11169) will be reduced to 100,000 Dths for April 17, 2024, and April 18, 2024, Gas Days. The Operationally Available Capacity is posted by
meter; however, nominations will be scheduled to not exceed 100,000 DTHs in total TCO deliveries regardless of the actual meter split.

Next, in conjunction with this pigging, the following Customer Receipt Meters: #M5424301 and #5424306 (Whites Ridge), must be shut in by
7:00 AM ET on April 18, 2024, and remain shut in for the during of the pigging, which has an estimated duration of 5 hours. Nominations should
be adjusted accordingly.

Lastly, in conjunction with this pigging, fluctuations in pipeline pressures on the H-117, D-497, and H-322 pipeline are to be expected. Lower
pipelines pressures could impact deliverability to meter, M5354179 (HTEC IC).

If Customer and/or Customer’s operator fails to comply with the terms of this OFO, such Customer shall be subject to (1) liability for any
damages including, but not limited to, direct, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages incurred by Equitrans or any other party as a result
of such failure, (2) a penalty of $25 per Dth times the quantity of gas by which the Customer deviated from the requirements of this OFO, (3) flow
control, and/or (4) a reduction in scheduled quantities to match flowing gas. In addition, Equitrans will not permit post-cycle adjustments to avoid
an OFO penalty.

Customers should monitor Equitrans’ Informational Postings website for updates to this notice.

The estimated duration of the pigging is 5 hours. Upon completion of the maintenance the OFO will expire and Equitrans L.P. will notify impacted
parties when they can turn back in-line.
