03, 2024, and is issuing an OFO in accordance with Section 6.11 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff.

In conjunction with this maintenance, all People’s Natural Gas Delivery/Receipt points between Mars Crider IC Valve Set (coordinates
40.694296 / -80.051826) and Brennan Road Valve Set (coordinates 40.628056 / -80.069208) must shut in on the H-157 and D-494 pipelines by
7:00 AM ET on June 03, 2024, and remain shut in for an estimated 5 days.

Additionally, in conjunction with this maintenance, Operational Capacity at Meter # 11501 (DTI-Mars Crider) will be reduced to 0 Dths for June
02, 2024, through June 07, 2024, Gas Days.

If Customer and/or Customer’s operator fails to comply with the terms of this OFO, such Customer shall be subject to (1) liability for any
damages including, but not limited to, direct, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages incurred by Equitrans or any other party as a result
of such failure, (2) a penalty of $25 per Dth times the quantity of gas by which the Customer deviated from the requirements of this OFO, (3) flow
control, and/or (4) a reduction in scheduled quantities to match flowing gas. In addition, Equitrans will not permit post-cycle adjustments to avoid
an OFO penalty.

The estimated duration of the outage is 5 days. Upon completion of the maintenance, the OFO will expire, and Equitrans L.P. will notify impacted
parties when they can turn back in line.
