Equitrans L.P. is providing notice of a date change for maintenance scheduled at its Michael Kuhn Interconnect. The Michael Kuhn Interconnect
(High Pressure) maintenance that was scheduled for May 22, 2024, is now scheduled for May 23, 2024.
Equitrans L.P. will be performing maintenance at its Michael Kuhn Interconnect (High Pressure) in its Mainline Operational Area 3 starting at
10:00 AM ET on May 23, 2024, and is issuing an OFO in accordance with section 6.11 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas
Tariff.
In conjunction with this maintenance, the following Customer Receipt Meter #M5513235 (Michael Kuhn IC – Run 2) must be shut in by 10:00 AM
ET on May 23, 2024, and remain shut in for the duration of the maintenance, which is estimated to last 4 hours.
If Customer and/or Customer’s operator fails to comply with the terms of this OFO, such Customer shall be subject to (1) liability for any
damages including, but not limited to, direct, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages incurred by Equitrans or any other party as a result
of such failure, (2) a penalty of $25 per Dth times the quantity of gas by which the Customer deviated from the requirements of this OFO, (3) flow
control, and/or (4) a reduction in scheduled quantities to match flowing gas. In addition, Equitrans will not permit post-cycle adjustments to avoid
an OFO penalty.
Estimated duration of outage is 4 hours. Customers should monitor Equitrans’ Informational Postings website for updates to this notice.
Upon completion of the maintenance the OFO will expire and Equitrans L.P. will notify impacted parties when they can turn back in-line.
