Equitrans L.P. will be performing pipeline maintenance on its TP-598 Pipeline in AVC Operational Area 3 beginning at 7:00 AM ET on July 08,
2024, and is issuing an OFO in accordance with Section 6.11 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff.

In conjunction with this maintenance, all People’s Natural Gas Delivery/Receipt points between PNG West Fairfield MLV (Coordinates
40.338727/ - 79.121136) and Nelson MLV (Coordinates 40.335351/ -79.018681) must shut in on the TP-598 Pipeline by 7:00 AM on July 08,
2024.

In addition, with this maintenance, the following Customer Receipt Meters: #M5205105 (Murphy), #5206711 (Stickle #1H), #5203874
(Flickinger), and #5205103 (Coastal Timberlands) must shut in by 7:00 AM on July 08, 2024, and remain shut in for the duration of this
maintenance.

If Customer and/or Customer’s operator fails to comply with the terms of this OFO, such Customer shall be subject to (1) liability for any
damages including, but not limited to, direct, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages incurred by Equitrans or any other party as a result
of such failure, (2) a penalty of $25 per Dth times the quantity of gas by which the Customer deviated from the requirements of this OFO, (3) flow
control, and/or (4) a reduction in scheduled quantities to match flowing gas. In addition, Equitrans will not permit post-cycle adjustments to avoid
an OFO penalty.

The estimated duration of the outage is 72 hours. Upon completion of the maintenance, the OFO will expire, and Equitrans L.P. will notify
impacted parties when they can turn back in line.

Customers should monitor Equitrans’ Informational Postings website for updates to this notice.
