Equitrans L.P. is providing notice of a date change for maintenance scheduled on its TP-4555 Pipeline. The TP-4555 Pipeline maintenance that
was scheduled to begin on July 26, 2024, is now scheduled to begin on September 06, 2024.
Equitrans L.P. will be performing pipeline maintenance on its TP-4555 Pipeline in AVC Operational Area 1 beginning at 7:00 AM ET on
September 06, 2024, and is issuing an OFO in accordance with Section 6.11 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff.
In conjunction with this maintenance, all People’s Natural Gas Delivery/Receipt points between Ransel Rd Valve Set (coordinates 40.30026, -
79.44212) and PNG Crosby IC Valve Set (coordinates 40.26877 / -79.54404) must be shut in on the TP-4555 pipeline by 7:00 AM ET on
September 06, 2024, and remain shut in for the duration of this maintenance.
In addition, with this maintenance, the following Customer Receipt Meters: #M5206708 (Tomasic) and #M5205099 (Troy) must shut in by 7:00
AM on September 06, 2024, and remain shut in for the duration of this maintenance.
If Customer and/or Customer’s operator fails to comply with the terms of this OFO, such Customer shall be subject to (1) liability for any
damages including, but not limited to, direct, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages incurred by Equitrans or any other party as a result
of such failure, (2) a penalty of $25 per Dth times the quantity of gas by which the Customer deviated from the requirements of this OFO, (3) flow
control, and/or (4) a reduction in scheduled quantities to match flowing gas. In addition, Equitrans will not permit post-cycle adjustments to avoid
an OFO penalty.
Estimated duration of outage is eight days. Upon completion of the maintenance the OFO will expire and Equitrans L.P. will notify impacted
parties when they can turn back in-line.
Customers should monitor Equitrans’ Informational Postings website for updates to this notice.
