Notice Text:

Equitrans L.P. is providing notice of an update to the estimated duration for ongoing maintenance on the TP-7676 Pipeline. The estimated
duration has been updated from 15 days to 19 days.

Equitrans L.P. will be performing pipeline maintenance on its TP-7676 Pipeline in AVC Operational Area 1 beginning at 7:00 AM ET on July 12,
2024, and is issuing an OFO in accordance with Section 6.11 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff.

In conjunction with this maintenance, all People’s Natural Gas Delivery/Receipt points between the McKeesport Valve Set (Coordinates
40.326987 / -79.816286) and Hahntown Rd. valve set (Coordinates 40.302081 / -79.704003) must be shut in on the TP-7676 pipeline by 7:00
AM ET on July 12, 2024, and remain shut in for the duration of the maintenance.

If Customer and/or Customer’s operator fails to comply with the terms of this OFO, such Customer shall be subject to (1) liability for any
damages including, but not limited to, direct, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages incurred by Equitrans or any other party as a result
of such failure, (2) a penalty of $25 per Dth times the quantity of gas by which the Customer deviated from the requirements of this OFO, (3) flow
control, and/or (4) a reduction in scheduled quantities to match flowing gas. In addition, Equitrans will not permit post-cycle adjustments to avoid
an OFO penalty.

Customers should monitor Equitrans’ Informational Postings website for updates to this notice.

Estimated duration of outage is 19 days. Upon completion of the maintenance the OFO will expire and Equitrans L.P. will notify impacted parties
when they can turn back in-line.
