Notice Text:

Equitrans L.P. will perform maintenance at its Plasma and Corona Compressor Stations in its Mainline Operational Area 3 beginning August 13,
2024, Gas Day, and continuing through August 15, 2024, Gas Day.
In conjunction with this maintenance, the following Operationally Available Capacity reductions will be in effect for August 13, 2024, Gas Day
through August 15, 2024, Gas Days.

Operationally Available Capacity through the Corona_CS Meter will be reduced to 345,000 Dths.

Operationally Available Capacity through the Plasma_OVC Meter will be reduced to a Net Delivered Operational Capacity of 1,000,000 Dths.

Net Delivered Dths are calculated by netting Receipt and Delivery Scheduled Quantities at the Plasma _OVC Meter listed above.

Operationally Available Capacity on its H-509 and H-508 Pipelines in its Mainline Operational Area 4 will be reduced to 120,000 Dths. The
Impacted meters are as listed:

#24577 (Statler)
#24624 (Morrison)
#24479 (Wilsonburg I)
#5100117 (Wilsonburg II)
#M5209978 (Jarvisville)
#M5436771 (Valley Chapel)

Total scheduled quantities for the above 6 meters will be scheduled not to exceed 120,000 Dths.

Scheduled Quantities will be adjusted to not exceed these amounts. Amounts are based on projected operating conditions and are subject to
change.

Customers may experience higher than normal pressures on the following pipelines in Mainline Operational Area 3 and Mainline Operational
Area 4: H-302, H-306, GSF-912, GSF-993, H-557, GSF-604, H-527, H-515, H-518, H-511, H-509, H-508, H-115, and H-111.

Nominations will be scheduled in accordance with Section 6.8 of the General Terms and Conditions of Equitrans’ FERC Gas Tariff. Intraday
nomination changes may be required should the actual outage timeframe or level of impact differ from the estimates stated in this notification.

Customers should monitor Equitrans’ Informational Postings Website for updates to this notice, and applicable posted Operationally Available
Capacity.
