Equitrans L.P. will be performing maintenance on H-147 Pipeline in Mainline Operational Area 3 beginning at 7:00 AM ET on August 13, 2024,
and is issuing an OFO in accordance with Section 6.11 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff.
In conjunction with this maintenance, the following Customer Receipt Meter: #M5414021 (Bowlby), will only have the option to flow to
intermediate pressure (H-115 Pipeline) during the maintenance. #M5414021 (Bowlby) to high pressure (H-147 Pipeline) must be shut in
beginning at 7:00 AM ET on August 13, 2024, and remain shut in during the maintenance, which has an estimated duration of 4 days.
If Customer and/or Customer’s operator fails to comply with the terms of this OFO, such Customer shall be subject to (1) liability for any
damages including, but not limited to, direct, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages incurred by Equitrans or any other party as a result
of such failure, (2) a penalty of $25 per Dth times the quantity of gas by which the Customer deviated from the requirements of this OFO, (3) flow
control, and/or (4) a reduction in scheduled quantities to match flowing gas. In addition, Equitrans will not permit post-cycle adjustments to avoid
an OFO penalty.
In addition, Customers may experience higher than normal pressures on the following pipelines in Mainline Operational Area 3 and Mainline
Operational Area 3: H-115, H-111, H-152, M-78, H-125, GSF-912, GSF-993, H-557, GSF-604, H-527, H-515, H-518, H-511, H-509, and H-508.
Customers should monitor Equitrans’ Informational Postings website for updates to this notice.
Estimated duration of this maintenance is 4 days. Upon completion of the pigging the OFO will expire and Equitrans L.P. will notify impacted
parties when they can turn back in-line.
