Notice Text:

Equitrans L.P. will be conducting a pipeline pig run on its H-557 and H-147 Pipelines in Mainline Operational Areas 3 and 4 starting at 10:00 AM
ET on August 12, 2024, and is issuing an OFO in accordance with Section 6.11 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff.

In conjunction with this pigging, for August 12, 2024 Gas Day, the Operationally Available Capacity on its H-508 and H-509 Pipelines in its
Mainline Operational Area 4 will be reduced to 128,000 Dths.

The Impacted meters are as listed:

#24577 (Statler)
#24624 (Morrison)
#24479 (Wilsonburg I)
#5100117 (Wilsonburg II)
#M5209978 (Jarvisville)
#M5436771 (Valley Chapel)

Total scheduled quantities for the above six meters will be scheduled not to exceed 128,000 Dths for August 12, 2024, Gas Day.

Additionally, Equitrans L.P is hereby providing notice that due to the possibility of fluids during the pig run all People’s Natural Gas
Delivery/Receipt points between Lumberport MR (coordinates 39.39064 / -80.34555) and Pratt Compressor Station (coordinates 39.91215 / -
80.12917) must be shut in on its H-557 and H-147 Pipelines by 10:00 AM ET on August 12, 2024 and remain shut in for the duration of the pig
run.

Lastly, the following Customer Receipt Meters must be shut in by 10:00 AM ET on August 12, 2024, and remain shut in for the duration of the
pig run.

If Customer and/or Customer’s operator fails to comply with the terms of this OFO, such Customer shall be subject to (1) liability for any
damages including, but not limited to, direct, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages incurred by Equitrans or any other party as a result
of such failure, (2) a penalty of $25 per Dth times the quantity of gas by which the Customer deviated from the requirements of this OFO, (3) flow
control, and/or (4) a reduction in scheduled quantities to match flowing gas. In addition, Equitrans will not permit post-cycle adjustments to avoid
an OFO penalty.

Estimated duration of outage is 24 hours. Upon completion of the maintenance the OFO will expire and Equitrans L.P. will notify impacted
parties when they can turn back in-line.
