Equitrans L.P. will be performing maintenance at its Jefferson Compressor station in its Mainline Operational Area 3 starting at 7:00 AM ET on
September 10, 2024, and is issuing an OFO in accordance with section 6.11 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff.

In conjunction with this maintenance, the following Customer Receipt Meter #M5284619 (River) must be shut in by 7:00 AM ET on September
10, 2024, and remain shut in for the duration of the maintenance.

If Customer and/or Customer’s operator fails to comply with the terms of this OFO, such Customer shall be subject to (1) liability for any
damages including, but not limited to, direct, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages incurred by Equitrans or any other party as a result
of such failure, (2) a penalty of $25 per Dth times the quantity of gas by which the Customer deviated from the requirements of this OFO, (3) flow
control, and/or (4) a reduction in scheduled quantities to match flowing gas. In addition, Equitrans will not permit post-cycle adjustments to avoid
an OFO penalty.

Additionally, Customers may experience higher than normal pressures on the following pipelines in Mainline Operational Area 2, Mainline
Operational Area 3 and Mainline Operational Area 4:H-111, H-115, H-148, H-149, H-302, H-306, GSF-912, GSF-993, H-557, GSF-604, H-527,
H-515, H-518, H-511, H-509, and H-508.

The estimated duration of the outage is 8 hours. Amounts are based on projected operating conditions and are subject to change. Customers
should monitor Equitrans’ Informational Postings website for updates to this notice.

Upon completion of the maintenance the OFO will expire and Equitrans L.P. will notify impacted parties when they can turn back in-line.
