Notice Text:

Equitrans, LP is issuing this Operational Flow Order (OFO) on its Transmission pipeline systems effective Friday, June 16, 2024, at 10:00 AM
ET. This OFO will remain in effect until further notice.
During this OFO, Equitrans is requesting that throughout the Gas Day all Receipt Point Operators keep any over-deliveries and all Delivery Point
Operators keep any under-takes within the lesser of 4% or 25,000 Dths of Scheduled Quantities at individual interconnect points and/or multiple
interconnect points aggregated under a single Operational Balancing Agreement (OBA). This action is required regardless of Customer
accumulated imbalance positions. Capability for previously arranged scheduled imbalance payback will be available during the effectiveness of
this OFO.
In addition, Customers are encouraged to review all contractual obligations including storage ratchets to ensure compliance and to manage
hourly fluctuations to avoid impacting the operational integrity of Equitrans’ pipeline system.
Equitrans will provide notice to customers via its IPWS when this OFO will be lifted.

This action is pursuant to Sections 6.11 of the General Terms and Conditions of Equitrans’ FERC Gas Tariff. If Customer and/or Customer’s
operator fails to comply with the terms of this OFO, such Customer shall be subject to (1) liability for any damages including, but not limited to,
direct, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages incurred by Equitrans or any other party as a result of such failure, (2) a penalty of $25
per Dth times the quantity of gas by which the Customer deviated from the requirements of this OFO, (3) flow control, and/or (4) a reduction in
scheduled quantities to match flowing gas.

Equitrans will not permit post-cycle or ID-L cycle adjustments to avoid an OFO penalty.
