Equitrans L.P. will be conducting pipeline pigging on its’ TP-301 pipeline in AVC Operational Area 2 beginning at 7:00 AM ET on October 14,
2024, and is issuing an OFO in accordance with Section 6.11 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff.
Equitrans L.P is hereby providing notice that due to the high possibility of fluids during this pigging all People’s Natural Gas Delivery/Receipt
points between coordinates Valley Station MLV (40.790990 / -79.364238) and coordinates Smail IC (coordinates 40.66454 / -79.61266) must be
shut in on the TP-301 pipeline by 7:00 am on October 14, 2024.
Additionally, in conjunction with this pigging, the following Customer Receipt Meters: # M5205297 (Sterosky), # M52055303 (Ruth Iseman), and
# M5205302 (Marilyn Thompson) must be shut in by 7:00 AM ET, on October 14, 2024, and remain shut in for the duration of the pigging.
If Customer and/or Customer’s operator fails to comply with the terms of this OFO, such Customer shall be subject to (1) liability for any
damages including, but not limited to, direct, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages incurred by Equitrans or any other party as a result
of such failure, (2) a penalty of $25 per Dth times the quantity of gas by which the Customer deviated from the requirements of this OFO, (3) flow
control, and/or (4) a reduction in scheduled quantities to match flowing gas. In addition, Equitrans will not permit post-cycle adjustments to avoid
an OFO penalty.
Estimated duration of the pigging is 36 hours. Upon completion of the maintenance the OFO will expire and Equitrans L.P. will notify impacted
parties when they can turn back in-line.
Customers should monitor Equitrans’ Informational Postings website for updates to this notice.
