Equitrans L.P. will be performing pipeline maintenance on its H-508 pipeline in its Mainline Operational Area 4 beginning at 10:00 AM ET on
October 29, 2024. and is issuing an OFO in accordance with Section 6.11 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff.
In conjunction with this maintenance, all People’s Natural Gas Delivery/Receipt points between Yank Hollow Valve Set (Coordinates 39.651254 /
- 80.206942) and the Breezy Heights valve Set (Coordinates 39.635522 / - 80.218031) must be shut in on the H-508 Pipeline by 10:00 AM on
October 29, 2024.
In addition, for the October 29, 2024, Gas Day, the Operationally Available Capacity on its H-509 and H-508 Pipelines in its Mainline Operational
Area 4 will be reduced to 100,000 Dths.
The Impacted meters are as listed:
#24577 (Statler)
#24624 (Morrison)
#24479 (Wilsonburg I)
#5100117 (Wilsonburg II)
#M5209978 (Jarvisville)
#M5436771 (Valley Chapel)
Total scheduled quantities for the above six meters will be scheduled not to exceed 100,000 Dths for the October 29, 2024, Gas Day.
If Customer and/or Customer’s operator fails to comply with the terms of this OFO, such Customer shall be subject to (1) liability for any
damages including, but not limited to, direct, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages incurred by Equitrans or any other party as a result
of such failure, (2) a penalty of $25 per Dth times the quantity of gas by which the Customer deviated from the requirements of this OFO, (3) flow
control, and/or (4) a reduction in scheduled quantities to match flowing gas. In addition, Equitrans will not permit post-cycle adjustments to avoid
an OFO penalty.
Customers should monitor Equitrans’ Informational Postings website for updates to this notice.
Estimated time of outage is 24 hours. Upon completion of the maintenance the OFO will expire and Equitrans L.P. will notify impacted parties
when they can turn back in-line.
