At this time, the Garden Banks system is unavailable until personnel are able to fly out and asses the South Marsh Island 76 platform. Enbridge hopes to be able to fly out sometime today or tomorrow.
This event constitutes a Force Majeure, pursuant to section 7 of the General Terms and Conditions of the Garden Banks FERC Gas Tariff.
Additional information will be provided as it becomes available.
