In accordance with Section 6.11 of the General Terms and Conditions of the Golden Pass Pipeline LLC ‘s
(“GPPL”) FERC Gas Tariff, GPPL filed its Annual Retainage Filing with the Federal Energy Regulatory
Commission on February 25, 2025. Accordingly, GPPL will reduce the Retainage percentage from the
current 0.3% per Dth to 0.1% per Dth, effective April 1, 2025.
GPPL reserves the right to make periodic changes to the Retainage Rate should operational
circumstances dictate.
