Since the last posting, GLGT has added an unexpected and uncontrollable equipment failure at CS11 (Boyne Falls Compressor Station) due to the same storm system impacting facilities. Repairs have been made to two units at CS13 (Otisville Compressor Station) and additional work will continue. Revised impacts are as follows:
Farwell CS Eastbound Flow (LOC# 3911601):
4/1 (Intraday) – 4/9 Available Capacity 1,355 MMcf/d (Previously 1,086 MMcf/d)

This is to notify all interested parties that Great Lakes Gas Transmission (“GLGT”) experienced an unexpected and uncontrollable equipment failure at CS13 (Otisville Compressor Station) due to a lightning strike. Great Lakes has determined that this equipment failure is a Force Majeure event as described in Section 6.10.1 of GLGT's FERC Gas Tariff ("Tariff") and will result in its inability to carry out its obligations under its Tariff with respect to natural gas transportation and related services. As a result of this event, GLGT is required to restrict capacity as follows:
Farwell CS Eastbound Flow (LOC# 3911601):
3/31 (Intraday) - No incremental volumes will be scheduled.
4/1 – 4/9 Available Capacity 1,086 MMcf/d
This may result in Firm Primary, Firm Secondary and Interruptible curtailments. Please reference Section 6.10.3 (b) of GLGT's FERC Gas Tariff for information regarding reservation charge credits as they relate to Force Majeure events.
Please direct any questions to your Account Coordinator, Customer Service Representative, or the Nominations and Scheduling hotline @ 866-454-7572.
