The Guardian Pipeline, L.L.C. (GPL) shipper-specific OFO for Alliance Pipeline L.P. at the Joliet Alliance Receipt location has been lifted.
GPL would like to thank its customers and balancing parties for their cooperation and response to the OFO.

Prior Notice ID: 1696
Per Section 18 of the General Terms and Conditions (GT&C) of its FERC approved tariff, Guardian Pipeline, L.L.C. (GPL) is issuing a shipper-specific Operational Flow Order (OFO) for Alliance Pipeline L.P. at the Joliet Alliance Receipt location due to underperformance, to be effective gas day Monday, December 30, 2024, at 02:30 PM CCT. ¿ GPL is experiencing imbalances resulting in a significant negative imbalance. This notice is being issued to protect the integrity of the GPL system and to allow continued operations to transport gas in accordance with its service obligations.
Affected Shippers/Balancing Parties: Unless specifically identified above, this OFO is directed to all balancing parties whose imbalances are contributing to the overall negative imbalance position as stated on the Daily Imbalance report.
Required Response Time: by start of the Intra-Day 2 (ID2) cycle Gas Day Monday, December 30, 2024
Required Response: GPL requires all balancing parties affected by this notice to take the necessary actions to ensure their overall imbalance is rectified.
Quantity of Gas Required to Remedy the Operational Condition: GPL requires Alliance Pipeline L.P. to reduce nominations to 170,000 dth into Guardian by Evening Cycle, Gas Day, Tuesday, December 31, 2024.
Penalties: All quantities received and/or taken in violation of the OFO shall be assessed an additional charge per Dth of 200% of the Gas Price Index pursuant to GT&C Section 18.5 and 12.3. Failure to specifically adhere to this OFO may result in an immediate interruption of all or a portion of Shipper or balancing party's service and cause balancing party to incur penalties as described in Section 12 of the GT&C.
This OFO will remain in effect until further notice. GPL will monitor operating conditions and may, by additional notice, either extend this OFO beyond such date or terminate it earlier as operational conditions warrant.¿ GPL will update this posting as conditions change. If the condition persists, GPL reserves the right to take further steps as may be necessary. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.¿
