    Pursuant to Section 6.21.5 of the currently effective Gulf South Pipeline Company, LLC (“Gulf South”)
    FERC NGA Gas Tariff, a force majeure event is declared for Location 24329 – STRATTON RIDGE (TO FREEPORT
    LNG) located in Area 25 effective immediately on March 24, 2025. A force majeure event occurred at this
    location when it was struck by lightning and, as a result, Gulf South is unable to deliver gas at this
    time.

    Due to this force majeure event at Location 24329 – STRATTON RIDGE (TO FREEPORT LNG) located in Area 25,
    Gulf South is unable to flow scheduled quantities at Location 24329 at this time. Gulf South is
    implementing the System Management Plan, pursuant to Section 6.18[5] of Gulf South’s FERC NGA Gas Tariff.
    To protect the operational integrity of the pipeline, Gulf South is unable to provide at least four (4)
    hours’ notice prior to the effective time of this notice.

    Effective March 24, 2025, 09:00 AM, Gulf South is unable to deliver gas at Location 24329 at this time.
    As a result of this force majeure event, Gulf South has confirmed nominations to 250,000 dth/d at this
    location, which is the anticipated flow expected by Gulf South during later intraday cycles. Nominations
    will be balanced for all affected customers and such customers must conform receipts and deliveries to
    these quantities. Gulf South will continue to monitor the repair progress and will update this quantity,
    if necessary.

    Gulf South is working to resolve the issues and restore service. Gulf South will update this posting
    when restoration is complete.
