Notice Text:

Subject: Action Alert 10% Overage

Gulfstream Natural Gas System, L.L.C.'s (Gulfstream) recently provided notice that its line pack is at the low end of Gulfstream's range of acceptable operating levels.  Based on this and other operating conditions Gulfstream is issuing this Action Alert to protect the integrity of its system.

During the effectiveness of this Action Alert, (i) Gulfstream will schedule deliveries only from confirmed receipts of gas into the system, as determined feasible by Gulfstream and scheduled by Gulfstream; and (ii) Shippers shall ensure that actual deliveries out of the system do not exceed, scheduled deliveries, regardless of whether any operational variation is allocated to an operational balancing agreement for later imbalance resolution.  With respect to each service agreement entered into under Gulfstream’s FERC Gas Tariff (“Agreement”), on each day that this Action Alert is in effect the penalty provisions under Section 13.8 of the General Terms and Conditions of Gulfstream's FERC Gas Tariff shall apply to each dekatherm of actual delivered quantities in excess of 110% (or 1,000 dekatherms whichever is greater) of scheduled delivery quantities.  Solely for the purpose of determining the applicability of penalties under this Action Alert, deliveries of gas out of the system shall be allocated pro rata based on scheduled quantities at delivery points where an operational balancing agreement is in effect.  In the event that a Shipper has transactions under more than one Agreement on any given day that this Action Alert is in effect, Gulfstream will determine compliance with this Action Alert based on a Shipper’s total delivered quantities under all Agreements.

This Action Alert is effective at 9:00 a.m. C.T. Thursday, January 23, 2025 and will remain in effect until further notice.

Gulfstream reserves the right to take any additional actions necessary to protect the integrity of its system.  These actions may include, but are not limited to, issuance of additional Action Alerts and/or Operational Flow Orders.

Shippers are requested to advise their operational personnel to monitor the 1Line System for any further notices.
