Emergency Shut In And Blowdown of HIOS Pipeline
HIOS has been notified that a recent leak repair at HIA 264A has failed. The facility has been isolated and operations is in the process of blowing down the topside piping. At this time all platforms are being notified to shut in until further notice. All buyback meters will be allowed to continue to pull volumes until further notice, but no injections will be allowed to offset the buyback volumes. The estimated downtime of the facililty is unknown at this time, updates will be posted when the repair options are assessed. All nominations will need to be taken down to EPSQ for day 19 and zero for day 20 forward until further notice. Information will be posted as it becomes available.
