Emergency Shut In And Blowdown of HIOS Pipeline - Update #1 - Force Majeure and Additional Details
HIOS hereby notifies shippers that all receipt points on its system are shut in until further notice due to the need to repair an unexpected leak at HIA 264-A. Currently, repairs are expected to take approximately 3 weeks, which could change depending upon conditions and HIOS’s continued assessments of the situation. Delivery points for buyback services remain available until further notice. This event constitutes a Force Majeure, pursuant to Part III, Sec. 13 of the General Terms and Conditions of the HIOS FERC Gas Tariff. Additional updates will be posted as they become available.
