Notice Text:
(1) Line pack is high and impairing Kern River's operation.
(2) All prior banking balancing arrangements were terminated starting gas day 7/29/2024.
(3) Kern River will reduce the total system scheduled quantity by approximately 75,000 Dth.
(4) Scheduled quantities at the delivery points during gas day 7/29/2024 will be reduced prorata during
the Intraday 1 cycle, based on the total net quantity banked during gas day(s) 7/28/2024 through
7/28/2024. A daily imbalance tolerance of the greater of 4,000 Dth or 5.00% will be applied and those
delivery meters within these tolerances will not be impacted.
(5) Kern River will notify shippers and delivery point operators impacted by the reduction through the
distribution of scheduled quantity reports.
