Notice Text:
(1) Line pack is low and threatening Kern River's operation.
(2) All shipper and delivery point operators should align daily scheduled nominations and physical
receipts and deliveries.
(3) All prior drafting balancing arrangements have been terminated.
(4) Kern River may take corrective action to increase line pack by limiting physical flow at delivery points
where a draft imbalance was created during prior gas day(s).
