Kern River - Enterprise Provides Notice of Force Majeure

Notice Text:
On January 14, 2025, Kern River Gas Transmission received a notice of force majeure from
Enterprise Gas Processing LLC, for a mechanical issue at the Pioneer Plant resulting in a
reduction of gas flow to Kern River. Receipts to Kern River at the Pioneer Receipt Location will
be reduced by Enterprise beginning Intraday 2 cycle, and possibly Intraday 3 cycle, for gas day
January 14, 2025.
Kern River is currently experiencing low or trending low line pack and forecasted colder
temperatures in the supply area, requires its shippers and operators to acquire additional supply
from other sources or reduce burns if nominations are reduced.
