    Downstream Restriction at Pelican Inlet Delivery (Meter 399006)

    Due to Enlink not available to accept gas from Kinetica Deepwater
    Express (KDE), effective Gas Day 9/20 Evening cycle, Kinetica
    Deepwater Express will not be confirming any nominations at the
    Pelican Inlet Delivery, meter 399006.

    Customers are strongly advised to monitor the EBB for updates. Please
