    Kinetica Energy Express Receipt of Associated Liquids from Garden Banks Pipeline System

    Bluewater Header Pigging – March 2025

    Kinetica Energy Express (KEE) continues to accept and handle condensate delivered to its system from
    the Garden Banks Pipeline System at SMI-76. KEE will be performing monthly maintenance pigging the
    week of March 18th to effectuate movement of the condensate received at this location and will require
    shippers transporting condensate on the Garden Banks system to nominate 20,000 DTH/day for four
    days, from March 18th through March 21st gas days, pursuant to Section 4.1.3 of Kinetica’s Liquid
    Transportation, Separation, and Dehydration Agreement (LTS&D) for the Bluewater System.

    Kinetica previously provided each shipper its percentage of the required nomination.
