    TC Energy will renew its SSL Certificate for the TC eConnects application the night of March 26, 2025, at 10:00 pm CT.  The SSL certificate is only used by InfoPosts, EDM (EDI Trading Partners) and TC eConnects.Connectivity using the new SSL certificate can be tested by launching TC eConnects from the following url:https://ebb-test.tceconnects.comThe application should download a successful test message 1.       Launch TC eConnects from InfoPost using the Test URL above. 2.       If the test launch is unsuccessful, the new SSL certificate will be necessary to access TC eConnects after implementation on March 26, 2025.If a copy of the SSL Certificate is required to be registered locally on your company’s network, the certificate can be viewed and downloaded using the URL above (instructions are attached):
    • Downloading the SSL Certificate should ONLY be performed by IT personnel.
    • The current SSL Certificate should not be replaced until after deployment on March 26, 2025, at 10:00 pm CT.
    Replacing the SSL Certificate prior to deployment could cause access to TC eConnects to be lost, however, having both SSL certificates in the truststore should not impact access to TC eConnects. Contact TC eConnects Technical Support at 866-581-6487 or via email at tceconnects_EBBSec@tcenergy.com should you have any other questions or require assistance.
