TC Louisiana Intrastate Pipeline Operational Sale of Gas under Section 14.2.1 of the Statement of Operating Conditions for TC Louisiana Intrastate Pipeline TC Louisiana Intrastate Pipeline, LLC (“TCLI” or “Transporter”) is soliciting bids from interested parties for up to 20,000 Dth/day, for a total volume of up to 600,000, to be sold on the TCLI system during the term of April 1, 2025, through April 30, 2025. Volumes will be sold and delivered on a firm baseload basis by Transporter to the winning party to TCLI/ANR (Loc Prop #62003 Dugas Rd). All bids must be based on a Fixed Price for the delivery Loc Prop. If there is a tie, the winning bid will be based on earliest timestamp of bid submission. TCLI will receive bids beginning on Tuesday March 25, 2025, at 03:00 PM CST until Thursday March 27, 09:00 AM CST. The winning party will be notified by 10:00 AM CST on Thursday March 27, 2025. Prior to submitting a bid, each prospective party must meet the Creditworthiness requirements specified in Section 5 of TCLI’s Statement of Operating Conditions (SOC). In addition, interested parties must have an active, fully executed NAESB Base Contract for Sale and Purchase of Natural Gas agreement (NAESB Agreement) in place with TCLI. If you do not have a NAESB Agreement in place and would like to participate in future operational transactions, questions may be directed to Diana Roberts at Diana_Roberts@TCEnergy.com. To participate, all bids must be submitted using the Bid Form provided below. No change or alterations to the form will be accepted and will cause the prompt rejection of the bid.
