Millennium Pipeline Company (MPC) anticipates limited flexibility for the MPC service territory. Pursuant to this advisory, shippers and point operators are asked to equalize receipts and deliveries. Failure to do so may result in restrictions to non-firm services, cuts at underperforming points and/or an escalation to a general or point specific OFO. IT/SOP Restrictions: There are no restrictions to IT or Secondary Out of Path (SOP) at this time. However, MPC may restrict IT and Secondary services during, but not limited to Intraday Cycles at points which are out of balance.Shippers are encouraged to monitor MPC postings for changes. AutoPAL Reminder: AutoPAL Parks: 3,000 DTH AutoPAL Loans: 3,000 DTH MPC would like to remind shippers that the intent of the AutoPAL service is to utilize nominal quantities to resolve minor pool imbalances that result from small upstream or downstream reductions.These quantities are then paid back the next cycle of the Gas Day. This service should not be used for Parking or Loaning large quantities and is subject to monitoring for abuse.If this activity poses operational harm, MPC reserves the right to make AutoPAL unavailable or declare an OFO to prevent abuse. Powerplant Operators We remind power plant operators that they should provide information mandated by FERC Order No. 698. Information required includes the hourly consumption profile of directly connected power generation facilities.To avoid additional restrictions, shippers should adhere as closely as practicable to ratable hourly takes.
