Subject: WEST POINT FORCE MAJEURE
Notice Text:
This System Protection Warning shall constitute notice of a Force Majeure under Section 12.2, GT&C, of
MRT s Tariff and is being issued to notify all parties of unplanned maintenance at MRT s West Point
Compressor Station, located in White County, Arkansas. During this unplanned maintenance, MRT will
be limited in its south to north capacity through West Point.
MRT is not anticipating impacts to firm shippers except during times of high utilization. If MRT posts a
High Utilization SPW while the unplanned maintenance at West Point is in progress, shippers contracted
with Primary Receipts, including Firm Storage receipts, south of West Point and Primary Deliveries North
of West Point must either reduce deliveries by 12 percent, or secure 12 percent more flowing
supply from receipt points north of the West Point Compressor Station.
Shippers who do not have Firm path rights through West Point may not be scheduled.
